1. Whose work are you following at the moment?

In the Kenyan scene; We are following, Nyashinski, Sauti sol, Wyre, Didge, Johnny Vigeti and Blinky Bill just to name a few. These are brands we aspire to beat.

2. What are you working on at the moment?

We are finishing up our upcoming album as well as dropping a new single and video called ‘vicheche’ featuring Didge and a few suprises before the year ends.

3.Where do you get your motivation from?

Life experiences that we all go through for instance ‘vicheche’ means groupie for lack of a better term, it talks about a guy who loves his girl and is trying to make his girl stay despite his many female suitors.

4.How do you handle discouragements

We take them as they come, we just focus on positive and good energy focusing on the work and the people who appreciate us plus our faith in God keeps us steady.

5.Best advice given?

Best advice given, always believe in yourself, We think it applies both ways, look at Trump lol

6.How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? 😀

hehehehe! umeniweza, depends on how much the wood chuck can chuck – Sydney 😀

7. Your plans for the future?

To put Kenyan music on the map globally, hopefully be better than the best in Kenya. More music, more awards, more quality

8. How has your music evolved since you first began playing music together?

Its been a journey but we understand our audience more, our sound in general has improved, Our writing and image as well which goes hand in hand with the music.

9.What’s your ultimate direction for your band? Are you seeking fame and fortune?

As a brand we just want to reach as many people positively to inspire guys to believe in their talents through our art and as for fame and fortune; music is a business like any other so for work well done, the fortune will come. Fame is part of the game though our aim is to inspire young guys to believe in themselves.

Dan Dan

10.Who writes your songs? Do you think your theme of songs will change over time?

We write our own music though we write for others as well thus the business side but if the song makes sense we are open to writers on the melody side. As for raps, we got that on lock lol.
The theme always changes because times are never constant so, we might evolve with the times .
Play the record… Spin, spin, spin 😀
